By choosing Forresters Online Shop to purchase an Appliance or spare part the Following Terms and conditions apply to a transaction on this website, by phone or in store.

1, All prices shown are in £ Sterling and vat included. They do not include fitting or removal, or any extras needed to install the appliance.

2, We offer free delivery in most of the NE, SR and DH postcodes. There are some stipulations in the far away NE and DH postcodes. If you are unsure, please email us first. We may still be able to deliver the item, but a small fuel charge may be added.

3, If you are out of this area and are looking for an appliance, please email us first and we can give a more accurate cost of delivery. We would normally use delivery straight from the manufacturer and a 3rd party carrier service. Please Note Installation cannot be offered on this.

4, We reserve the right to amend any prices that are incorrect on the website. Prices can change daily with offers and sales. Please contact us and we will always try to offer the best price on the day.

5, We would estimate deliveries to take between 1 to 7 days depending on the item ordered. We will always try to deliver the appliance as quickly as possible on a day and time to suit you.

6, To keep are prices keen, we use our own engineers to deliver and install appliances. We will send one engineer with a trolley. If there are any issues and a second man is needed please let us know i.e. steps, upstairs delivers, awkward deliveries. Please let us know. Sometimes a small Fee will be charged. Again, please contact us and let us know.

7, Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. The customer has the responsibility of returning the goods via his/her own means, or requesting a collection (if possible), in which case the cost of returning the goods to us will be deducted from the refund. The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ with their original box and packaging including all manuals (Please do not mark or hand write on manuals), accessories and remote control (if supplied). You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery. All goods must be received within 14 days of notification of your wish to cancel. In all cases it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Goods received back ‘as new’ but incomplete with missing components and accessories will incur charges. Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned to you. Any non-stock items ordered specially (including special ordered parts) cannot be returned or credited under any circumstances Full refunds can only be provided for items which are returned to us in their original condition. The customer has a duty of care while the goods are in their possession; we reserve the right to charge you for any damage that may have occurred whilst the goods have been in your possession. Please retain and return any packaging that your goods came with. Cancellations after 7 days will be subject to a handling charge of 25% for each product. This charge also applies to any returned products which have been removed from their packaging. Refunds will be reimbursed within 30 working days of the cancellation date. Cancellations must be requested within 7 working days. The 7-day cancellation period for each appliance commences the day after the day of delivery of that appliance. All cancellations must be sent in writing or email to our head office address (please see contact detail page).

8, Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility of damaged goods reported after this time. Please check your item on delivery and sign acceptance that you are happy.  All packaging must be kept, and a photographic evidence supplied.

9, On our installation service that we offer, we will do our utmost to complete every installation on the day . Our goal is to get our customer up and running and offer a great service. We only ask that you give us as much information as possible to help us succeed.

10, We Take all Complaints very seriously. Any Complaints please send in writing or email, so we can check into the matter.

11, We aim to please all customers and complete works correctly and professionally, Please review our company via Facebook, google, checkatrade  etc…. 

12, All product information and images are taken from the manufactures websites, although this information is 1st hand mistakes can be made. we accept no responsibility for this, so please check your product details and spec before buying.

13, Faulty Appliances. If an appliance is delivered and reported Faulty within 28 days, we will call and inspect the appliance. If faulty we will change the appliance without question. Appliances over the 28-day period that have issues must be inspected by the Manufacturer. We apologise for any issues this may cause but without them inspecting it we have no way to return back to them faulty.
